The Auto-optimization tool allows to create your own rules for your campaigns. You can select the Granularity of the rule(s), and you choose either to apply them to all your campaigns or just a specific one.

You can set as many rules as you want, and either link them to them together by selecting AND, or choose to separate them by selecting OR.

Then you can either stop the campaigns or blacklist the placement IDs that don’t fit your rule(s).
